The Final Battle 2019

The Battle of the Kings

That was the Battle of the Kings!

In 2019 the big Harley-Davidson customizing contest “Battle of the Kings” took place and for the first time worldwide. The custom bikes, which were built around the globe last winter, competed in the national finals. As the national winner and the winner in the worldwide voting between all national winners we qualified for the final. The final took place at the EICMA 2019. Now that the 5 international winners had been determined, a jury of experts in Milan chose the world champion in the “Battle of the Kings” contest. Congratulations to Laidlaws California for winning the finals with the FXGTS Coast Glide.

Many thanks to all the other customizers from Europe and all over the world who participated in this competition with their energy and skill!

Special thanks to all who voted for us!

the finalists

We sent our FXDR conversion Roar to the global finals. You have chosen us a round further. Next stop was the final of the BOTK at the EICMA  in Milan. With our conversion to a real Custom Dragster Bike we did compete against the other four finalists.

Congratulations to the other finalists as well!

All info, with shooting and parts list with direct link to our online shop, you can see in the bike gallery.

A BIG THANK YOU TO EVERYONE WHO VOTED!

Battle of the Kings is global now! The Battle of the Kings contest began for the national voting a few months ago. In this voting the best bikes of each country were chosen. But the way doesn’t end here! The national winners should now compete against each other with their bikes from all over the world to make it to the final. Now we needed your voices again to get to the top of the competition for the ultimate custom bike! You have chosen us in the final!

259 dealers from 30 countries competed in the global battle. The challenge was to turn a standard Harley-Davidson model into a unique machine – with a budget of no more than half the purchase price of the original model.

WE’RE THE NATIONAL WINNER! THANKS FOR YOUR VOTE!

Thanks to your votes, we were able to secure a place in the next round of the competition. But the worldwide final was still far away! The next stop was a next voting on the World Wide Web, where the four best non-American bikes will be chosen. Then we went to the EICMAin Milan together with the four finalists. Once there, an expert jury had choosen the world champion of the Battle Of The Kings Contest 2019. So at that point it was still exciting!

The Rules
