Black Fellow: uncompromising performance in black.

We present the Black Fellow: a Harley-Davidson Low Rider ST with a consistent performance setup. Its appearance and technology make the power of the 177cc engine visible at first glance. The deep black finish of the Softail is deliberately minimalist and uncompromising. Brushed, raw highlights provide targeted accents.

Chassis, wheels and brakes

One of the most striking changes is to the wheels. They have increased in size from 19 to 21 inches at the front and from 16 to 18 inches at the rear. Our Digger wheels feature a sporty design that makes the motorcycle look much more mature and dynamic.

The chassis has been designed with performance and comfort in mind. A Wilbers chassis kit and an upside-down fork ensure high stability and precise feedback. This is complemented by our solid-milled Pro-Performance triple clamp, which increases the rigidity of the front end.

Deceleration is provided by a high-quality brake system featuring radially mounted Brembo monoblock calipers on specially developed adapters. In combination with large-format wave brake discs on spoke carriers, this setup ensures strong braking performance and a sporty look. The rear brake caliper is positioned beneath the swing arm for a technical and functional look.

Sporty & comfortable

The seating position is both comfortable and controlled. The Saddlemen Step-Up seat provides excellent support, particularly during sudden acceleration. The club-style handlebars are mounted on 7-inch pullback risers which also facilitate the integration of the speedometer. The dashboard, handlebar fittings and levers are all black. Base satin grips with drilled toppers provide a clean finish and good grip.

Instead of classic footpegs, we use mini floorboards. These offer significantly more contact surface area, providing noticeably greater comfort, particularly over long distances, without compromising the vehicle’s sporty character. Thanks to their high-quality workmanship and sporty design, the floorboards integrate seamlessly into the custom bike’s overall look.

Functional details – contrasts with character

The turn signals are discreetly integrated: custom-made under the ST fairing at the front and inconspicuous within the Inside licence plate. The rear turn signals are multifunctional, serving as reverse and brake lights too.

In contrast to the overall black appearance, a brushed stainless steel Twenty-One Streetfighter from Jekill & Hyde was installed, complemented by a brushed aluminium skid plate from Speed Merchant.
A windshield from Klock Werks gives the Black Fellow an even more aggressive look.
