Attention to detail taken to a whole new level
Your first glance is inevitably drawn to the paint job. The “Calavera” paint scheme is the defining feature of this bike. This standout feature is supported by a solid technical foundation: the air-sprung Radical Springer fork and the 25th Anniversary monoblock wheels. Together, they create a custom bike that impresses not only with its looks but also with its technical execution.
Front: Radical 2.0
We start with the front end and our Radical 2.0 fork—a modern take on the classic Springer fork.
Made of aluminum and equipped with wide clamps and high-quality bearings, it impresses with its tremendous stability and crisp response.
What’s particularly exciting: Despite its eye-catching appearance, the handling remains virtually identical to that of the stock Breakout. Thanks to the carefully designed geometry—including a slight rearward offset in the upper triple clamp—a stock-like trail is maintained. The result: a spectacular look without compromising on riding dynamics.
The specially developed handlebar fits perfectly into the concept and does away with classic risers—for a particularly clean look.

More Information25th Anniversary Design
A key feature of this bike is the monoblock wheels in the 25th Anniversary design. Instead of the classic milled look, this design is defined by clean lines and smooth transitions. The minimalist design language brings a sense of calm to the overall look and makes the dimensions—23 inches in the front and 21 inches in the rear—appear even more substantial.
The Stripe Cut finish further emphasizes this impression: finely milled contours meet matte black surfaces, creating a dynamic interplay of depth and reflection depending on the angle of the light.
To ensure this design is fully showcased, the entire braking system was deliberately tailored to it.
A 340 mm perimeter brake disc is installed at the front, combined with a massive brake caliper and a Thunderbike brake caliper. This construction moves the brake components outward and keeps the wheel surface clear—the design remains undisturbed in the spotlight.
This concept is consistently carried through to the rear: the single-sided swingarm, in conjunction with the pulley brake system, ensures that the wheel appears virtually free-standing here as well. No distracting elements, no interruption of the line—only the wheel as the central design element.
The swingarm itself becomes a highlight in its own right. Solid, technical, and yet elegantly integrated, it underscores the bike’s high-end character. The elaborate paint finish further sets it apart, deliberately making it stand out from the overall design.
Rear & Lines
The bike’s design language also reveals just how thoughtfully conceived it is.
The compact front fender sits close to the front wheel and deliberately emphasizes the massive dimensions of the 23-inch wheel without distracting from the design.
The front is complemented by a short front spoiler that neatly closes the gap between the frame and the wheel, giving the bike an even more harmonious, compact silhouette.
This clean design language continues at the rear:
The rear fender is deliberately kept minimal and firmly welded to the frame—a hallmark of a true high-end conversion.
No visible bolts, no compromises—just a continuous, perfect line.
Another key factor in the bike’s appearance is the electronically adjustable suspension at the front and rear.
For riding, the bike can be adjusted to the optimal height, offering a balanced, fully rideable setup. When stationary, however, the Breakout can be lowered extremely far—for an uncompromisingly low, aggressive look that further enhances the overall design.
Alu-Stretch-Tank
The aluminum stretch tank, entirely handcrafted, creates a sleek, elegant silhouette.
Narrower and longer than the stock tank, it deliberately omits a dash, thereby enhancing the bike’s clean look.
Despite its custom construction, full functionality is retained—including the integration of all original components.

Consistently rounded
Thoughtful design solutions are evident throughout the entire bike, consistently rounding out the overall look.
A custom-made air filter in a rim design echoes the wheels’ styling and ties the individual elements together.
The footrest system with gold Smooth toppers, along with the matching grips and toppers, adds subtle accents and underscores the high-quality standards of the conversion. The look is complemented by the painted frame, which blends seamlessly into the color scheme.
High-quality, minimalist Rebuffini controls ensure clean and uncluttered lines on the handlebars.
The completely blacked-out engine deliberately takes a back seat, allowing the design elements to shine—with subtle contrasts along the cooling fins.
Artistry at the highest level
The absolute highlight is, without a doubt, the Calavera lacquer finish.
Adrian Flor created through meticulous handcrafting, it impresses with its extraordinary depth and extreme richness of detail. What appears at first glance to be an engraving is, in fact, entirely hand-lacquered—a true work of art into which hundreds of hours of labor have been poured.
To complement this, the seat was also handcrafted by Spirit Leather. Various types of leather—including high-quality crocodile leather—meet a laser-etched crest that is perfectly matched to the lacquer design.
Solid in construction, high-quality in appearance, and tailored to the bike down to the last detail.
Exhaust system
The flap exhaust system—developed in collaboration with Jekill & Hyde and BT Choppers—is not only technically top-notch but also makes a bold visual statement.
With a ceramic coating and intentionally exposed welds, it combines an industrial aesthetic with premium craftsmanship.
