Classic Style Meets Modern Technology

This custom build bears its name for a reason.
Dirty Harry isn’t a bike that tries to look polished and perfect—it’s one that shows character.

The Softail deliberately takes a different approach. Unlike many of our projects, we’ve consciously chosen a different path here: less radical, less modern—but with a clear focus on classic lines and timeless elegance.

The base is a Harley-Davidson Deluxe, which we’ve transformed into a harmonious blend of old-school chopper vibes and modern Thunderbike design.

It’s All About the Lines

The sleek, elongated silhouette catches your eye right away.
This is thanks in part to our 21-inch front and 18-inch rear Digger wheels, paired with whitewall tires. To complement this look, we’ve fitted 300mm brake discs with a spoke design that blend seamlessly with the delicate rim design.

The combination of large, narrow wheels gives the bike an elegant lightness—a far cry from the classic deluxe cruiser.

Cleane Front

The front end has been deliberately streamlined.
The fork has been lowered and powder-coated in gloss black, as has the headlight ring. The auxiliary headlight and turn signal bar have been removed to create a sleek, clean look.

Fork end caps and matching axle covers round out the black setup at the front and ensure a harmonious, cohesive overall look. Discreetly integrated beneath the fairing sit our small Stripe turn signals—minimalist in design, yet with surprisingly strong luminosity.

The focus is on the Atlas handlebar:
With a height of 25 cm and a diameter of 45 mm, it commands a massive presence. Milled from multiple parts and then welded together, it creates a precise, almost sculptural form.

In combination with the Atlas risers, the entire cockpit looks as if it were cast from a single mold. Thanks to internally routed cables and a hydraulic clutch, everything remains tidy and minimalist. To match, old-school grips are installed; their classic grooved design is not only visually appealing but was originally developed primarily for maximum grip and durability. The setup is rounded out by our Joker Mirrors—classic, round mirrors with perforated brackets that perfectly complement the overall style.

Our small Stripe turn signals are discreetly integrated beneath the handlebars.

The focus is on the Atlas handlebar.

Thanks to our Atlas risers, it looks like a single, seamless unit.

Shorty Rear

Things get exciting at the rear.

The Shorty rear fender, handcrafted and designed for a 180-series tire, combines a sleek look with everyday practicality—including certification for two riders.

The integrated Mini Atto 3-in-1 turn signals combine turn signals, taillights, and brake lights into a single unit, creating an extremely clean look.

A side license plate holder with matching lighting rounds out the rear.

A ribbed design with a rich history—directly inspired by the chopper era

Old-school details on the engine

In the engine bay, modern technology meets classic inspiration. The EMD parts, with their distinctive ribbed design, are reminiscent of the iconic chopper engines of the 1970s. This detail adds a touch of old-school character to the overall look.

The look is complemented by the Drilled air filter featuring our custom laser design.

A Jekill & Hyde Shorty Vintage exhaust system delivers the perfect sound—compact, sleek in design, and spot-on in tone.

Paint with a Patina

The paint is by Kruse and gives the bike its own unique, authentic character.
The surface has a deliberately aged look—almost as if the bike has already lived through decades of history. A light patina, matte tones, and a raw-looking finish create this genuine old-school look, which isn’t polished but appears honest and lived-in.

The overall look is rounded out by the leather seat with a classic diamond pattern, which echoes the vintage character.

A tank that looks like it’s been on the road for decades.
