To make enough room for our 23″ Lowrider wheel on the front axle, we installed our El Dorado triple clamp on this Chicano; with its 6° steeper rake angle, it provides the necessary clearance.

For the right braking power, our floating 340-mm brake disc in Vegas design handles the front, while the 292-mm brake disc at the rear complements the 18″ lowrider wheel, including our pulley brake system.

The whitewall tires bring a classic look, but also sportiness, and really highlight the lowrider wheels in the deep-drawn front and rear fenders.

When stationary, our Airride system, installed front and rear, ensures the ground clearance befitting a lowrider.

We’ve made a few changes to the fork. To match the black finish, we’ve installed black fork end caps. To reposition the original headlight – in combination with the installed El Dorado triple clamp – we’ve used our fiberglass headlight shroud.

For the perfect riding position, we’ve fitted 28-cm Ape Hanger handlebars from Santee, mounted on our Old Style risers. Of course, everything is in matching black. For that perfectly clean look, we’ve converted the clutch to hydraulic operation, allowing the lines to be discreetly routed along the handlebars. The whole setup is complemented by our Stripe turn signals – unobtrusive yet highly luminous. The round Joker mirrors provide a clear view behind.

We replaced the original footboards with Harley-Davidson Empire footboards

From the front fender to the fishtails – Chiko’s multi-layer panel coating creates a striking silhouette

Our fiberglass front fender, combined with the 23″ lowrider wheel, gives the Heritage that classic Chicano look

To achieve that distinctive look on the rear wheel, we modified the original swingarm; our custom-welded “Upswept” modification of the OEM swingarm raises the axle, allowing the wheel to sit even deeper within the El Dorado rear fender. To ensure stability despite the bike’s maximum depth, we shortened the side stand.

To provide a clear view of the rear lowrider wheel, we’ve installed our pulley brake system in combination with our powder-coated pulley in the Vegas design. This shifts the brake disc from the right to the left side. The whole setup is complemented by our CNC-milled, side-mounted license plate holder. The axle covers mounted on both sides at the front, rear, and on the swingarm provide the perfect finishing touch.

True craftsmanship – our in-house swing conversion

The seat, crafted to the highest quality and featuring a classic Chicano look, was once again made by Jimmy. With two different types of leather, deep side panels, and medallions bearing the Thunderbike logo, it fits perfectly into the Chicano style. Chiko’s pinstriping paint adds rich green tones and subtle accents, serving as a true highlight and the foundation for an authentic Chicano look. At the rear, the extremely deep, elongated El Dorado tail fender is a must-have. Combined with the stretched fishtails and the air-ride suspension, it creates a stunning silhouette.

Full functionality despite a disability, thanks to KLIKTRONIC

We’ve incorporated a technical innovation into this Chicano. The KLIKTRONIC controls upshifts and downshifts at the push of a button on the handlebars, making it possible to ride despite a physical disability. The control unit is the heart of the system. It is directly connected to the shift linkage and performs the function of the foot during the shifting process. Thanks to its particularly robust and high-performance design, it operates reliably under all conditions. With only one moving part, it ensures maximum operational reliability and is designed even for demanding transmissions, such as those used on Harley-Davidson motorcycles.

The aluminum mount, custom-made by us for several vehicle models, offers precise and visually appealing positioning and can be ordered from us by phone if needed and, of course, installed in our workshop.
