The most radical breakout evolution
The most extreme upgrade we have presented so far was created as a customer project.
The GP-Cota is equipped with numerous newly developed design and CNC components and takes the GP series to a new level. The highlight is the rear, which has been milled entirely from solid material for the first time. In combination with the new tank design elements, precisely milled details and the motorsport design language, the result is a breakout that has been consistently refined both technically and visually.
Next Level Facelift
The centrepiece of the front end is the Grand Prix 2.0 twin-spar triple clamp (for Breakout models from 2018 onwards).
With a 3° rake, it significantly changes the chassis geometry: flatter steering head angle, more stretched front end, a more aggressive line both visually and technically.
The design follows a clear idea: reduce weight, increase presence. Generous milled sections meet solid clamps and striking screw connections. The powerful stub axle further reinforces the dominant front end.
The new Headlamp Cap consistently reflects this design language. Milled details, an integrated lens and discreet laser-engraved logos frame the original 3-LED headlamp. When switched on, the light appears as a sharply drawn horizontal line.

More InformationThe cockpit is rounded off by GP clip-ons, our satin grips, integrated stripe indicators, Motogadget mirrors, drilled toppers and a backlit Rebuffini keypad.
The technical standards continue: a 23-inch front wheel meets 340 mm floating brake discs and solid Brembo calipers. Since we mill the wheels from solid metal, we can attach the brake discs directly to the remaining webs – without the need for a classic rim hub. This saves weight and allows the design to remain visible right down to the last tip.
NEW: Racing-style fuel tank upgrade
To give the GP series even more technical presence, the tank has been redesigned. The basis is a base body welded from several individual parts, supplemented by precisely CNC-milled components.
The centre strut and side panels are designed as a coherent design element. The centre strut is made from three solid aluminium blocks, and the two-piece side inlays are also milled from solid material. All elements are backed with stainless steel mesh, consistently reflecting the motorsport look.
NEW: Fully milled rear mudguard
The real innovation can be seen at the rear – for the first time, we have milled the entire rear section from a single piece of material.
Instead of a classic, seamlessly welded construction, we have opted for a specially developed support structure that is welded to the frame. The CNC-milled rear section is then precisely bolted onto this base.
The modular design guarantees maximum dimensional accuracy and a technical look. At the same time, it creates new design possibilities: side inlays neatly cover the screw connections and integrate them into the design. An upper inlay – matching the tank and also backed with mesh – consistently picks up on the design language. The whole thing is complemented by a turn signal and rear light strut in a diffuser look.
The front fender, welded front spoiler, tank and the milled rear, a first for this model, merge to create an uncompromising GP silhouette.
Rear wheel & chassis
The 21-inch rear wheel sits in a solid single-sided swing arm. It appears to float on the right-hand side, while the technology is concentrated on the left: large wheel bearings, integrated ABS solution, an externally mounted perimeter brake disc and a pulley kit. The brake caliper is mounted inverted. The overall concept makes it possible to keep the rear narrow and maintain rideability.
The hydraulic slamtail allows the rear to be lowered at the touch of a button – for show. While riding, the system provides full suspension and comfort.

Details that connect everything
A newly developed footrest system in the long version – ideal for taller riders – ensures a relaxed seating position. Maximum lean angle freedom is made possible by the built-in SPS footrests.
Targeted milling makes the system appear visibly lighter and creates the perfect basis for a contrast cut finish. The system is deliberately designed around the original master brake cylinder so that its complex technology is fully preserved.
The engine features a wrinkle black finish and is accentuated by blue highlights on the rocker boxes. Further blue details on the air filter ring, seat emblem and exhaust system emblem pick up on the colour concept and create sporty contrasts.
The short exhaust system supports the design language without covering the CNC rear wheel – everything remains visible.
