More InformationWe would like to introduce you to a very special duo: the Porsche 911 GT3 RS with Weissach package and our matching custom bike: GP-Weissach.
Together with our customer Stefan, we created a project that uniquely combines a car and a motorcycle. Back in 2016, almost ten years ago, he inspired us to create a Lamborghini Aventador project: Thunderbike OUTERLIMIT.
The new GP-Weissach has been designed to match the GT3 RS perfectly, not only in terms of color but also in its design language. Every detail has been carefully thought out: from the open primary drive and the milled monoblock wheels to the subtle accents in Pyrored, which pick up on the Porsche’s color concept and translate it into our design language.
Stefan’s Porsche GT3 RS is the inspiration for this project. The Porsche 911 GT3 RS (model 992.1) is probably the current track tool #1 and likes to show the tail lights to significantly more powerful supercars on the racetrack. The 4-litre naturally aspirated engine delivers 525 hp and accelerates the 1450 kg vehicle from 0 to 100 in 3.2 seconds.
Stefan had his customization carried out at the Porsche Centre Niederrhein in Moers. The Weissach package reduces the vehicle weight by around 15 kilograms through targeted lightweight construction measures and includes numerous components made of visible carbon fiber: front lid, roof, exterior mirrors, window triangles and the movable part of the rear wing – all in an elegant high-gloss finish.
The racing DNA also runs through the interior: Race-Tex upholstery in black, red contrasting stitching, magnesium gearshift paddles with magnetic technology and the finest carbon details create the perfect combination of motorsport and exclusivity. The Weissach package is rounded off by magnesium lightweight wheels in 20 and 21 inch in Pyrored, which complete the sporty concept of the GT3 RS and also serve as a color template for the GP-Weissach Bike.
Special thanks go to the Porsche Center Niederrhein, which welcomed us for the shoot with great hospitality and support.
Custombike with supersport DNA
The idea was clear: a Harley that reflects the character of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS!
The FXBRS Breakout, the top model in the Harley-Davidson Softail collection, served as the basis. Its wide frame provides the perfect basis for our typical GP rear conversion and the mighty 9×21-inch rear wheel. The cockpit features the standard digital speedometer, which has been harmoniously integrated into the milled triple clamp. Numerous details of the bike have been matched to the GT3 RS using our GP parts, with colors, materials and proportions taking up the aesthetics of the super sports car without copying them – an independent interpretation that transfers the spirit of the Porsche to two wheels.
Our GP-Weissach is equipped with the latest GP components and shows how the design and technology of our high-end series have evolved. New features include the aerodynamically optimized triple clamps, revised handlebar stems with Rebuffini RR90 fittings and a redesigned GP front mask. The open primary drive makes a clear technical statement.
A single-sided swingarm milled from the solid allows a clear view of the rear wheel. The suspension is complemented by an Airride system at the front and a hydraulically adjustable system at the rear, which lowers the bike when stationary.
Stefan: “100% was my goal, you delivered 110%. Top-class – it couldn’t be better.”
Design in Pyrored
The color concept, which draws its inspiration from an icon, is particularly eye-catching: the Pyrored accents of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS. This red stands for energy, dynamic and motorsport tradition and now finds a new stage on two wheels.
On the GP-Weissach, the wheels reflect the sporty color scheme of the GT3 RS, but they go far beyond that in terms of detail. After anodizing, the surfaces were specifically milled to emphasize light edges and give the design more depth and movement. The result is an independent, technically sophisticated look that perfectly matches the character of the bike. With their five Y-spokes, clear lines and precise technical finish, they appear light, open and impressive. The contours are perfectly accentuated by the targeted contrast cut, while the milled surfaces create depth and emphasize the sporty look. The wheels are made from a single piece and fit seamlessly into the overall concept of the bike. The 23-inch front wheel is imposing, technically sophisticated and underlines the high-end character of the motorcycle.
The open design of the new fork triple clamps emphasizes the sporty dynamics of the bike and at the same time gives it an elegant, high-quality look. This makes it clear how closely design and technology are interwoven.
The dynamic front section is rounded off by the specially developed windshield kit, which gives the GP-Weissach a visual facelift. This makes the lines even sportier and the look more aggressive – the perfect complement to the new triple clamps.
Single-sided swingarm, perimeter brake and the pulley set the rear wheel perfectly in scene
The single-sided swingarm is a true masterpiece of CNC technology.
Instead of being welded or assembled from several parts, it is milled from a solid block of aluminum: perfectly shaped on the outside, hollow on the inside to save weight.
This elaborate process not only ensures maximum stability and precision, but also a particularly clean, modern appearance.
The highlight: the 21-inch rear wheel is completely exposed thanks to the open design – an eye-catcher that perfectly showcases the rim and underlines the technical elegance of the bike.
Together with the large perimeter brake, this creates an image that combines power, technology and design.
Every detail designed for design and performance – Thunderbike grips and Brembo brake system for precise control and sporty riding pleasure
Technology meets design
What is simply a functional component on many bikes becomes a real eye-catcher on this motorcycle. The open primary drive exposes the mechanics in all their precision and gives the left side additional color and depth.
The two pulley covers were color-matched exactly to the rim – a real challenge, as the smallest differences in material can lead to color deviations in the anodizing process. Here, however, everything matched perfectly.
The GP-style rear fender always perfectly emphasizes the characteristic sporty look of our GP bikes – the tailor-made seat from Spirit Leather fits in perfectly with it and thus completes the dynamic silhouette.
The design follows a clear concept: the fender is welded on instead of bolted, which ensures continuous, clean lines – without any visible transitions. The discreetly integrated rear light LEDs and the side license plate holder blend seamlessly into the shape and remain visually in the background so that nothing distracts from the elegant rear section.

Our GP parts have improved more than just the rear – the front has also been enhanced. We have installed our GP-style front fender to match, giving the Breakout a short and modern line. The bike fits perfectly to the fork and offers a clear view of the 23-inch front wheel.
The sporty front end is rounded off by our GP chin fairing made of fiberglass, which gives the bike an extra dose of character. It has also been welded on to ensure clean, trouble-free lines.
As with all components in our GP series, there is a great deal of precision craftsmanship and attention to detail here too. All components are precisely matched to each other and visually interlock, so that the bike looks as if it has been cast from a single mold.
The paint itself already gives the bike a special look and is further enhanced by our Thunderbike lettering and fine, hand-drawn lines by Ingo Kruse. The color concept of black, silver and pyrored runs consistently and stylishly through the entire design.
From the welded line to the last brushstroke – there is real craftsmanship here, which meshes perfectly and carries the unmistakable spirit of our GP-line.
When racing meets custom art
The sound had to match the appearance. The solution: our housemade GP exhaust system.
The GP Weissach is more than a technical masterpiece – it is a stylistic homage to the Porsche performance heritage. Every detail picks up on the spirit of the Porsche 991 GT3 RS. Inside and out, this is reflected in the choice of materials and workmanship: the Spirit Leather bench seat is individually tailored and directly inspired by the Recaro seat of the GT3 RS. With elaborate double stitching, an exciting mix of smooth leather and Alcantara and a feel that immediately evokes racing associations.
The passion for detail is also evident in the little things: The Screaming Eagle air filter has been adorned with the Weissach logo and the ignition cover with the GP graphic, a subtle but confident nod to the origin of the inspiration. Naturally complemented by fine GP & Thunderbike Harley-Davidson brandings that clearly anchor the custom bike in our signature.
Our GP-Weissach is the result of a clear idea: to transfer the racing DNA and elegant design of the Porsche GT3 RS to a customized bike. Two vehicles united by the same claim: technically sophisticated details, sporty looks and absolute individuality.
The sound has to do justice to the Porsche GT3 RS, which is why we opted for our GP exhaust system
The ignition cover also bears the Thunderbike Grand Prix design – for a harmonious GP look down to the last detail
