Grey Dozer – Series bike, signature look
Bulky and low-slung, this gray Harley-Davidson Fat Boy exudes pure presence and consistent execution down to the smallest detail. Even straight from the factory, Harley-Davidson delivers an impressive base with the Fat Boy: powerful proportions, iconic wheels, and a silhouette that has stood for strength for decades.
But this machine goes one crucial step further. Its special effect is not simply created by the model itself, but by the targeted refinements and precise modifications that make it unique. Each adjustment was deliberately chosen to bring out the existing strength of the Fat Boy even more clearly – without distorting its character.

The dimensions also emphasize the powerful character. At the rear, the Fat Boy grows from 240 to a whopping 260/40/18, while at the front it continues to roll on 160/60/18. The compact fenders—a GRP front fender for the Fat Boy from 2018 onwards, and a steel rear fender in 260/18″ at the rear—sit close to the tires and further emphasize the beefy silhouette. The rear fender is handmade in our forge.
Redefined
More than standard – the wheels
The centerpiece of the look is the original wheels, which we have redesigned. The milled surfaces, which appear silver and rough as standard, have been completely reinterpreted. Instead, they now appear smooth and shiny jet black. This creates an intense contrast to the gray paintwork and an extraordinary depth of effect. The reflections in both rims are particularly impressive in the light. In combination with the pulley brake system for the original wheel, the rear wheel is even more visible, creating more visible surface area and more design, making the wheel appear larger and freer overall.
Depth as a design statement
Technically, this Fat Boy is also consistently constructed. The Stage 2 kit provides visual lowering at the rear shock absorber. The rear is lowered by 30 mm, giving the bike a more compact look. In combination with the telescopic fork lowering, this creates a harmonious, lower overall line that further emphasizes the bike’s massive presence. Integrated turn signals and taillights ensure a clean rear view, supported by the Medium Pro license plate holder in black and the TUV Insideplate.
The Dark Finish Concept
The gray paintwork provides the perfect backdrop for this Fat Boy’s consistently blacked-out setup. Glossy black logos and the flush-mount tank cap pick up on the theme, while the engine and fork are completely black, giving the machine a blacked-out look. Components such as the drilled airbox cover in a two-tone design and the “Skull” derby cover blend into the overall picture.
This dark concept continues at the front. The Old Style riser kit carries the Hollywood Light handlebars and, together with the forward footrest system, offers a relaxed, confident seating position. The black “Satin” grips and matching footrests not only continue the design visually, but also offer a secure, direct grip thanks to their textured surface. The discreetly integrated black “Stripe” LED turn signals disappear almost invisibly under the instruments until they are activated. Black axle covers at the front and rear, as well as two-tone brake caliper covers, round off the consistently blackened and coordinated overall look.
