The maximum of the possible is exhausted
In 2009, the CVO Softail Springer was a special highlight in Harley’s program. The noble piece was already delivered from the factory with plenty of high-gloss, chrome-plated parts. Harley’s CVO models have always been produced in very limited numbers and are considered by collectors as real treat. Hartmut thought so, after he had raced off a few kilometers with his Springer. And, of course, we did not ask twice to give his best piece a more individual look by means of targeted measures.
Most striking, next to the new duotone paint, should be the crisp rear fender, which was originally intended as a cover for the Rocker models. Instead of the standard 240, we pulled a 260 on the original rim and exhausted the maximum of the possible. Solo Seat and Narrow Beach Bar now optimize the seating position. The Heavy Breather Performance air cleaner supplies the already potent 110 Screamin’ Eagle with plenty of oxygen. A Vance & Hines system is responsible for the good sound. Both components require a new tuning of the engine management, which is why we installed a Super Tuner.
