Chicano Style
This Harley-Davidson Softail Heritage project has been given the Chicano style by us and, as you can see in the gallery, can be seen day and night! This Heritage is equipped with many Thunderbike Parts and Specials. Especially with a modification in this special style almost no part can remain untouched. For this we changed the front with our Thunderbike Flip handlebars and lowered the fork. The strikingly designed Digger rims also come from our forge and are decorated with our Pulley brake kit, the matching Pulley and with Spoke brake discs in black.
The complete rear has also received some conversions from our forge. Begun with the rear fender, which was extended for the correct look in our welder workshop.

The Making Of
For the right Chicano look, the fenders in the front and in the back must of course be extended. The crossover system with fishtails in black chrome was also adapted by us in the forge.

Also an important style element for Chicanos is the high handlebar, which is here supplemented by our Thunderbike Flip II handlebar and which is equipped with a Klicktronic automatic shift including hydraulic clutch. Also our Stripe LED turn signals should not be missing. The grips are from the Defiance line of Harley-Davidson. The handlebars are held in the right position by our Old Style risers.
Another eye-catcher are our Digger wheels (4.5 “x18 and 3.5 “x21). The wheels were provided with a black high-gloss finish. At the end the rim edges were polished to create a unique look. Our Pulley Brake Kit, the Pulley and Spoke brake discs are mounted to match. The clean look on the rear side is also provided by our side mount license plate holder with the Inside Plate and the license plate lighting.
