At the heart of the bike is the liquid-cooled Revolution Max engine.
A 1250cc V-twin with variable valve timing. It builds up massive pressure even in the mid-range, and in Sport mode it responds explosively to the throttle. This is no leisurely cruiser engine—it’s a performance powerhouse that means business.
We have consistently refined the standard layout.
The standard forward footrest system fits in visually with the chopper style – but in terms of riding dynamics, it does not match the potential of this bike. That’s why our Sportster S gets a genuine rearward footrest system. More pressure on the front wheel, more control when accelerating out of corners, significantly sportier ergonomics.
Because technology and appearance go hand in hand for us, we have also developed a heat exchanger cover.
Performance meets attitude
The massive bobber wheels emphasize the powerful appearance and deliver maximum presence on the road.
For the front, we have developed a fender that captures the original tires in a much sportier way. In combination with the rear-set footrest system, this creates a completely new riding experience: more grip, more tension in the body, more connection to the machine.
The Spirit Leather seat further enhances this experience. The pronounced rear edge prevents you from sliding back during hard acceleration – you stay where you belong: actively on the bike.

Milled triple clamps & CNC details
New milled triple clamps bring more design and lightness to the front end of the Sportster S. At the same time, the integrated risers with a larger clamping width ensure that different handlebars can be mounted.
For this setup, we have developed our own tapered handlebars for the Sportster S – combined with matching grips with a smaller diameter for a sportier and more direct riding experience. In addition, the speedometer is now positioned lower on the bike. This makes the front end appear much more compact and tidy.
The milled radiator cover replaces the standard plastic look with a clean metal appearance. Micro turn signals, high-quality handlebar levers, and matching covers from the SPS series for the alternator, clutch, and ignition set clear accents.
Satin-finished handles, SPS footrests, frame and axle covers—every component follows one guiding principle: design down to the smallest detail.
The milled radiator grille replaces the plastic look of the series with a high-quality metal finish.
Satin grips, micro indicators, and milled handlebar levers ensure a clean and high-quality cockpit look.
Clean rear line
The standard rear with its wide license plate holder detracts from the Sportster S’s compactness.
That’s why the long bracket has been replaced by a side license plate holder. A 3-in-1 turn signal/tail light solution sits neatly in the rear fender. The result: a clear view of the rear wheel and a significantly slimmer silhouette.
Metal instead of plastic
We also focus on quality in the drive area.
The pulley cover and timing belt guard are made of aluminum and are both a technical and visual highlight.
And, of course, a Jekill & Hyde two-in-one system works under the bike.
Visually uncluttered, technically performance-oriented—and with a sound that perfectly suits this motorcycle.
The paintwork makes the face
Ultimately, it is the paintwork that determines the car’s appearance.
The glossy white and orange design deliberately plays with contrasts. White brings clarity, while orange stands for energy, dynamism, and heat.
