With these two Sportster S models, we’ve tapped into the full potential of our parts lineup. Two nearly identical bikes that differ from one another in only a few details.

At the same time, these are the first Sportster S models from the 2026 model year that we’ve completely rebuilt – with a full-scale conversion from front to back.

Numerous Thunderbike parts give both bikes a significantly sportier look and highlight the character of the Revolution Max 1250T engine.

The result is two Sportster S models that are perfectly matched, both technically and visually.

The most noticeable change on both Sportster S models is our GT wheels. Up front, the stock 17-inch wheel with a 160-series tire has been replaced with a 21-inch wheel and a 130-series tire. In the rear, the wheel size has increased from 16 to 18 inches, paired with a 200-series rear tire instead of the stock 180-series.

The new wheel-and-tire combination doesn’t just significantly change the Sportster S’s appearance. Above all, the narrower and more tapered front tire also influences handling and gives the bikes a different character.

To match this, the front fender and rear section have been completely replaced with carbon components. This lightweight material is also used on the tank cover and front spoiler, consistently running throughout the entire conversion. The result is a sporty, high-quality look that harmonizes perfectly with the GT wheels.

One of the most striking new features of the 2026 model year Sportster S is the engine with its standard Contrast Cut design. This allows it to blend even more harmoniously into our parts lineup and pairs perfectly with our GT wheels as well as the numerous other Thunderbike components featuring the Contrast Cut finish. To carry this concept through consistently, we’ve replaced the stock tank logo with chrome-plated Harley-Davidson lettering. It’s a small detail with a big impact that further underscores the high-quality overall impression of both bikes.

The front end has also undergone extensive technical revisions. The conversion to a second 340-mm brake disc is achieved using custom-machined fork legs that accommodate the additional brake caliper. This not only creates a striking look but also underscores the high-quality character of the front end.

We’ve also included our milled triple clamp with a Contrast Cut finish. It provides the foundation for mounting various handlebar styles. While lower-profile, sportier options are often chosen, a conscious decision was made for these two bikes to feature a more comfortable handlebar. Combined with the stock footpegs, this creates a relaxed yet balanced riding position.

Our headlamp cap provides the perfect finishing touch to the front end. It echoes the Contrast Cut design and – like many other Thunderbike parts on this build – features delicate laser engravings. Thanks to the conversion to our triple clamp, the speedometer is also moved to a lower position, blending harmoniously into the overall look.

The Contrast Cut concept extends down to the smallest detail. Numerous CNC-machined covers, including those for the pulley, alternator, and clutch, perfectly echo the design of the new production engine and complement its Contrast Cut finish.

Even the spring preload adjustment knob has been custom-designed and features the Contrast Cut finish along with laser engravings. The finishing touches are provided by several small covers between the fuel tank and seat, as well as in the front area, which have been painted in high-gloss black and consistently round out the premium overall impression of the two Sportster S models.
