New custom parts for models from 2025 onward

We built this 2025 Street Bob in Billiard Grey specifically for the 2026 Dortmund Motorcycle Show to showcase our new Thunderbike Parts for the latest Euro 5+ models.

There have been significant changes, particularly to the front end: the risers, handlebars, and grips have been redesigned and technically adapted to accommodate the new electronic throttle technology and the updated speedometer.

Another special highlight of the build is the original Harley-Davidson accessory wheel with 180-series tires, which gives the Street Bob an even more powerful and wider stance.

The previous digital speedometer, which was integrated into the riser, has been replaced by a round speedometer with an easy-to-read analog display. Thanks to our newly developed risers, it now sits perfectly between the handlebars and the fuel tank and blends much more harmoniously into the front end. This results in a significantly more premium and classic overall look.

With the new Euro 5+ generation, the Street Bob now features, for the first time, the freely selectable riding modes Street, Rain, and Sport, as well as new rider assistance systems. At the same time, the e-Gas system has been fundamentally redesigned and is now located directly in the instrument cluster instead of inside the handlebars as before. This also changes the entire layout around the handlebars and controls.

That is precisely why we have redesigned our handlebars, grips, and risers specifically for the new platform and technically optimized them to perfectly match the current system.

New Front End for Euro 5+

To harmoniously round out the front end with the new “Flip 2 Flat” handlebar in combination with our new risers, our aluminum headlight fairing has also been adapted to the technical updates of the current Euro 5+ platform.

Components such as the lowered rear shock absorber, the lowered fork, our front fender, and our footrest system, on the other hand, could be carried over unchanged to the new generation and continue to fit the Street Bob perfectly.

Our Stripe LED turn signals also return to their familiar spot, blending discreetly yet brightly into the clean lines of the front end.

From Street Bob to Street Motion

A unique combination

One of the biggest topics surrounding the new Euro 5+ platform is the redesigned air filter. The new version, of course, comes with a TÜV certificate – though this time exclusively in combination with the Jekill & Hyde flap exhaust system.

To implement this, the base plate and the transition to the manifold had to be completely redesigned. This involved a significant amount of development work, as many components consist of entirely new milled parts designed specifically for the current model generation.

The air filter inserts in our new Thunderbike air filters come from Arlen Ness – a collaboration we are particularly excited about.

Something we haven’t shown very often so far is the slightly wider rear wheel rim. This is an original Harley-Davidson accessory wheel that originally came from the Fat Bob. In its powder-coated version, it pairs perfectly with the standard cast front wheel while also making room for a 180-series rear tire.

We actually still have the rim in stock and continue to offer the conversion directly through us. If you have any questions about the conversion or compatible combinations, feel free to contact us at any time.

As always, our Shorty rear fender with integrated 3-in-1 Atto turn signals provides that signature laid-back look, giving the rear a particularly compact and clean silhouette.

Combined with our Thunderbike seat shell, this also creates a perfectly fitting and comfortable seat that integrates seamlessly with the rear fender and original tank.
