Trooper: New swing arm, new look
The “Trooper” is based on a Breakout model and shows how far the production bike can be developed with our components. The engine, frame, and basic layout provide a solid foundation, which we complement with a consistently sporty setup from our Grand Prix series—combined with a custom Iron Maiden paint job that gives the bike its name. A new highlight is our new Pro Performance swing arm for wide Softail frames.
The Breakout remains a powerful performance cruiser concept, but has been significantly enhanced both visually and technically.
Pro Performance Swing Arm
Technically, the Trooper sets new standards: for the first time, our Pro Performance swingarm is being used in a Breakout. The strikingly designed construction, milled from solid aluminum, replaces the original, rather simple tubular swingarm and fundamentally redefines the rear of the Breakout. Three goals were central to its development: maximum torsional rigidity, sporty lines, and the lowest possible weight.
The swingarm was completely redesigned and manufactured for the wide Softail frames. The solid swingarm arms are hollow-milled, and an additional reinforcement cover provides even more stability—just like the technical model of modern superbikes.
The complex contours can only be achieved using state-of-the-art CNC milling technology and reflect the high standards we set for our chassis components. Like all safety-related parts in our range, the Pro Performance swing arm is delivered with a TÜV certificate – a fully-fledged, legal high-performance alternative for anyone who values function, design, and quality.
Tank, rear end, and ergonomics
The signature GP aluminum tank was developed and produced in-house. It integrates the necessary technology, such as the fuel pump and sensors, while also giving the bike a cleaner look: shorter, more compact, with pronounced edges and a powerful transition to the seat area.
The rear fender and matching seat are also inspired by our Grand Prix design language. The fender is kept compact and discreetly integrates LED rear and brake lights. This creates a tidy rear end with clear edges that provides an unobstructed view of the wheel, swing arm, and drive.
The GP-style triple clamp with additional rake works together with our clip-on handlebar setup directly on the stanchions. The result is a lower, more active seating position with significantly more feedback from the front.

WHEELS, BRAKES & CHASSIS
Our Vegas Cut series with straight spokes and distinctive screw connections is used for the wheels. In terms of dimensions, we remain in the breakout class range: 21 inches at the front, 18 inches at the rear. Visually and technically, however, everything is new.
At the rear, our integrated pulley brake with an inwardly mounted disc ensures a clear view of the entire wheel.
At the front, we use an enlarged Vegas Wave brake disc with a diameter of 340 mm, mounted via our adapter with radially bolted brake calipers. This provides more reserves for sporty riding and underlines the performance concept.
DARK LOOK
Visual details such as powder-coated engine components and a black DLC coating on the fork stanchions clearly integrate the drive into the dark, technical overall appearance. The DLC coating is currently one of the highest-quality surface solutions for fork stanchions – with advantages in terms of appearance, durability, and friction reduction.

FINE DETAILS FROM OUR OWN PRODUCTION
Numerous parts of our own design complement the large components and round off the bike: headlamp cap, side license plate holder, GP front fender, GP front spoiler, GP rear fender with integrated turn signals, and other small parts are all part of our range. They ensure clean lines, neat edges, and the desired technical look without standing out as individual parts.
Each of these components is designed to fit into the overall picture and impress with its functionality. The “Trooper” is therefore not a fireworks display of individual parts, but a coherent conversion concept.
IRON MAIDEN PAINTWORK
The paintwork consistently implements the theme “Iron Maiden – The Trooper.” In collaboration with Chiko’s Pinstriping, a multi-layered design has been created that combines typical Iron Maiden elements with our Grand Prix styling. The customer’s wish to make the spirit of Iron Maiden visible was perfectly captured and translated into a unique, characterful look.
The “Trooper” thus makes a clear statement: pure drag style performance – built for enthusiasts who appreciate individuality, craftsmanship, and uncompromising technology.
