- Harley Meeting Ruhrpott 2025
At the 30th Harley Meeting Ruhrpott, we treated ourselves to the full program:
From an early start at Thunderbike to a thunderous entrance onto the legendary steel mill grounds.
8 a.m. at Thunderbike – the sun is already high in the sky when we meet in front of the shop and roll our Milwaukees out of the showroom. Low, sporty and with a good dose of masculine power, we’re off: with us are two really cool FXDRs – the LDA 66 and the GT-One – both equipped with the complete Thunderbike package, of course.
This time, Andreas has swapped in one of our super-stylish used bikes, a Street Bob with Radical fork. Lucas is riding the Road Digger, the boss’s bike. They are joined by a Nightster, Sportster S, Low Rider S, Low Rider ST and a Breakout – in other words, the full Sportster and Softail range.

More InformationThe group with the custom bikes will ride directly to our stand, where our colleagues are already waiting. The rest of the gang will park in the general area. Our stand is located next to Harley-Davidson Kamen and Münsterland, opposite Don Performance, who will of course have their CVO Road Glide with them, which we converted. Other well-known exhibitors are also on site, such as: Custom Chrome Europe, Drag Specialties, Independent Choppers, Jacks`s Inn 54, John Doe, Motorcycle Storehouse.
The coal mine grounds are simply a dream location for an event like this: pure industrial charm, huge halls, old brick facades, and the smell of gasoline and bratwurst in the air. The band Lonely Hearts Club kicks off at 10:30 a.m. – full throttle from the very first minute. The audience is a colorful mix, but there are a striking number of young people there.
The day is packed: fire show, bike wash, photo sessions with the Dreamgirls, and interviews on stage – everything revolves around Harley. The bike show features some real highlights: Chicanos, choppers, performance baggers, and other cool conversions. An old acquaintance, the “Daytona,” an extreme Street Glide conversion with a 30-inch front wheel, is also on display at the bike show. Our “El Fuego” also rolled onto the grounds – a brutal dragster conversion with a Thunderbike frame.
6 p.m. – the gates close, everyone is beaming. The Harley Meeting Ruhrpott celebrated its 30th anniversary this year – and we were right in the middle of it. Hattingen, you rocked – we’re already looking forward to next year!
Our ‘El Fuego’ also rolled onto the site
