Kick-Off 2026

Harley Days Willingen 2026

Jokerfest 2026

Exceptional Custom Bikes, Test Rides & MontanaBlack

As early as 10 a.m., the first Bike Show participants rolled onto the grounds, drawing gasps of amazement with their unique bikes. At the same time, the BBQ was fired up, and the aroma of freshly grilled food wafted across the entire grounds.

Our demo bikes were lined up and ready to go, and were used for numerous test rides throughout the day. In the courtyard, David kicked off the traditional swap meet.

A special highlight of the day was the unveiling of the Low Rider ST by MontanaBlack. GÖNRGY was also there!

More Information

One of the highlights of the show: the incredible quality of the custom baggers.

The big moment: MontanaBlack sees his finished Low Rider ST for the first time.

The audience decides: A Panhead Chopper takes the win.

We had just as much fun as you did. Thank you to all the visitors, participants, and volunteers.

The showroom was also bustling with activity throughout the event. Our team was on hand to offer advice on new and used vehicles, as well as fashion. In addition, a colleague from Scorpion joined us this year with an incredible selection of helmets. Rokker was also on site, showcasing high-quality motorcycle apparel for anyone who values quality and style.

Another highlight was, once again, the open production area. Numerous visitors took the opportunity to take a look behind the scenes and experience firsthand where and how our parts are manufactured.

Amid the great Jokerfest atmosphere, people talked shop, laughed, and celebrated their shared passion for motorcycles. The perfect finale to a fantastic day was the evening concert featuring the Leningrad Cowboys & Major Healey, which everyone had been looking forward to all day.

High hats, long boots, and plenty of rock ‘n’ roll—that’s the Leningrad Cowboys.

The scene loves them—the Leningrad Cowboys are sure to get the party started.

The Highlight of the Summer: Jokerfest 2026

Just like in the old days: Andreas and Major Healey together at the Jokerfest.

The Day – A Bike Show & Pure Custom Culture

Between 10:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., the heart of the Jokerfest took place outside on our grounds. It was already clear that morning: This year’s Bike Show was going to be something truly special. It had been a long time since we’d had so many entries and, at the same time, so many top-notch custom bikes on the grounds. The variety of brands and concepts was particularly impressive—that’s exactly what makes our Bike Show so exciting year after year.

From an uncompromising show bike with a massive 30-inch chrome wheel to a lovingly restored Simson Schwalbe with a kick starter, built-in speakers, and craftsmanship perfect down to the smallest detail—everything was represented. Each bike told its own story and reflected the creativity and passion of its builder.

Bike Show Shooting

Starting at 10:00 a.m., each registered motorcycle was ridden one by one onto the bike show stage. There, the official photos were taken alongside our Thunderbike Girls. For many participants, this moment is one of the highlights of the day—seeing their own bike in the spotlight in front of enthusiastic visitors.

What stood out this year was the large number of bagger conversions. From sporty to completely radical custom builds, there was something for everyone. The scene is constantly evolving, and this evolution was clearly on display at the Jokerfest.

The weather cooperated as well. Although it looked like rain from time to time, we were spared and were able to enjoy the entire day under perfect conditions. The sun ensured packed beer benches, cheerful visitors, and a great atmosphere throughout the entire grounds.

Bikes Show Highlights

40th Anniversary Bike

While the votes were being tallied, the next highlights were already waiting for the visitors. First, we presented the “Highnecker,” Andreas’s official 40th-anniversary bike. This extraordinary chopper was built in 2025 to mark Thunderbike’s 40th anniversary and, like no other motorcycle, embodies the history, passion, and evolution of our company.

With its custom-designed frame, numerous details, and countless Thunderbike highlights, the Highnecker epitomizes four decades of custom bike building at the highest level.

The Highnecker made its debut at European Bike Week in Faak, where it not only caused quite a stir but also won two trophies right off the bat. The bike also drew crowds at the Jokerfest and impressively demonstrated why it’s one of the absolute highlights of our current custom bike fleet.

Marcels Low Rider ST

This was immediately followed by the presentation of another very special project: the new Low Rider ST from MontanaBlack. The bike was created as a joint collaboration with Harley-Davidson Germany and was completely rebuilt by us. The project was completed just in time for Jokerfest and celebrated its official premiere on our stage.

The base is a Harley-Davidson Low Rider ST, which was equipped with nearly all currently available Thunderbike parts for this model. From the swingarm to the wheels and triple clamp, right down to numerous other custom components, the motorcycle was refined down to the smallest detail. The overall package is rounded out by the extraordinary paint job from Kruse Design, which gives the bike its unmistakable character.

Numerous visitors gathered in front of the stage for the presentation. The younger fans, in particular, were looking forward to meeting MontanaBlack in person. Marcel himself was visibly excited and eager to see the finished motorcycle in person for the first time. His enthusiasm was clearly palpable when Andreas rode the motorcycle onto the stage and the Low Rider ST was unveiled to the public for the first time.

He also brought GÖNRGY along to the Jokerfest. Free giveaways were handed out at their own booth throughout the day, which drew huge crowds and created a fantastic atmosphere among the visitors.

And the Winner is..

The winners received Thunderbike backpacks packed to the brim with plenty of high-quality accessories, merchandise, and surprises. In addition, each winner received an exclusive trophy that was specially crafted for the Jokerfest in our CNC production facility.

The top three finishers also received very special prizes. In addition to an annual subscription to Custombike or Dream Machines, there were high-quality prizes such as a set of Metzeler tires, a pair of Rokker jeans, and a Thunderbike gift certificate.

We’d also like to take this opportunity to once again extend our heartfelt thanks to the supporters of our bike show. A big thank you goes to Garage 21, Metzeler, and Rokker, whose prizes and support helped make this event possible.

All in all, it was a fantastic bike show featuring extraordinary motorcycles, passionate builders, plenty of great conversations, and a strong community. Moments like these are exactly what make the Jokerfest so special!

1st Place: A cool Panhead chopper with an authentic old-school look. With its classic lines, handcrafted parts, and overall design, the bike embodied the spirit of the traditional custom chopper and wowed the visitors.

2nd Place: A Road King Chicano custom build featuring intricately engraved fishtails on the saddlebags, plenty of chrome, and numerous playful details.

3rd Place: An Evo Softail with an old-school look, featuring Knucklehead engine covers, a low-slung silhouette, and meticulously patinated parts.

Best of Show: A 30-inch front wheel, a full custom build, and flames shooting out of the exhaust—this duo was a real spectacle.

Open Doors – A Look Behind the Scenes at Thunderbike

Of course, the Jokerfest wasn’t just about the bike show. Our Open House gave all visitors the chance to get to know Thunderbike up close and take a look behind the scenes.

The showroom featured the latest Harley-Davidson models as well as a large selection of high-quality used bikes. Many visitors took the opportunity to sit on the bikes, get inspired, and talk to our team about their wishes and future projects. Whether it was a new Harley, customizing, or finding the right parts for their own bike—our team was available all day to offer advice.

The open workshop and production tours were particularly exciting. Visitors could experience firsthand where we work on motorcycles—from service and modification work to our full-custom projects. At the same time, there were exclusive glimpses into the manufacturing of our Thunderbike Parts. From custom bikes to triple clamps to turn signals, visitors could follow the entire production process up close and ask our staff questions directly.

For bargain hunters and DIY enthusiasts, David’s Swap Meet was a must-visit. Parts normally sold online made their way out of the warehouse and straight onto the tables for one day only. Whether it was used parts, rare finds, accessories, or fashion—this was the place to browse, haggle, and discover the occasional special item.

Test rides were also in high demand throughout the day. Numerous current Harley-Davidson models were available for this purpose. Guided tours around Hamminkeln departed several times an hour, allowing interested visitors to test ride the motorcycles. After all, it’s only on the road that you can truly tell which model best suits your riding style.

Another highlight that delights visitors year after year is our visitor parking lot. Those not participating in the Bike Show park their motorcycles here—and that’s exactly why the parking lot itself turns into a mini bike show every year. This year, too, the area was filled with a colorful array of bikes. For many visitors, the walk through the parking lot alone was worth the trip.

Rock´n´Roll

Right on time at 7:15 p.m., our longtime friends from Major Healey took the stage. They’ve been a fixture at the Jokerfest for many years and never fail to thrill the audience with their energy and sound. This year, too, they put on a fantastic show and got the concert evening off to a perfect start.

Next, the legendary Leningrad Cowboys took the stage. For many attendees, this was a very special moment, as the combination of Major Healey and the Leningrad Cowboys had already graced the Jokerfest in 2012. Fourteen years later, both bands impressively proved that they haven’t lost any of their stage presence or cult status.

The show was spectacular, the atmosphere was lively, and the party went on well into the night. Together, everyone celebrated, danced, and wrote another chapter in Jokerfest history.

A huge thank you to all visitors, participants, partners, volunteers, and friends of Thunderbike. You’ve once again made the Jokerfest 2026 what it is: a legendary weekend full of motorcycles, passion, and unforgettable moments.

We’re already looking forward to the next one!
