Return desired? This is how it works!
If you don’t like an item, it doesn’t fit or it is defective, you can send it back to us.
Please check beforehand whether you can return the item within the cancellation period. If you want to exchange it for an alternative item (e.g. clothing in a different size), you can place a new order directly while or before the return is in progress. Returns for warranty purposes can be made in the same way.
Our retoure portal
1. Go to our online portal for your return (see below) and enter your data there. Order number or invoice number or order number (without the zeros at the beginning) and the zip code from the shipping address.
2. In the next window your order will open. There you enter the items you want to return, specify the reason for the return and click “save”. 3.

4. we now know that you have a return and mail you within one business day a form for the return already filled out by us, which you print out and put to the goods in the package.
5. Place the goods in the original packaging in the shipping box or a similar sturdy box. Please make sure that the goods are clean, undamaged and securely packed. Secure loose items in the carton so they cannot damage other items. Put the return/complaint form in the package.
6. within Germany, we take over the postage from 40 euros return value and automatically mail you a return label, which you print out and stick on your package. In this case you have to use the parcel service DHL.
As soon as the package has reached us, it will be checked as soon as possible. You will receive your credit note in the same way as you paid for the item.
