1. If you should not like an item you’ve ordered or it is defective, there is no problem to send it back to us. Please check beforehand whether you are still returning the item within the cancellation period.
2. Complete the enclosed return/complaint form. Make sure that you enter the invoice number, your customer number and the article number, as well as your personal data! Please also do not forget to state your reason for the return! To do so, simply tick one of the boxes provided.
3. From an order value upwards of 40,- Euro we have included a free return label for the return within Germany. You will find the return label in the green accompanying document bag attached to the outside of the package.
4. If you have an order value of less than 40,- Euro, or your country of residence is not Germany, we ask you to pay the return costs yourself. You will find our address on the letterhead of your invoice or online at www.thunderbike.com.
5. Place the product in its original packaging in the shipping box or a similar sturdy carton. Enclose the return form, close the box and stick the return label on your box so that the old label is no longer visible.
6. Please pay attention with which parcel service you can return the package! You will find this information on the return label. Check the Internet for the nearest UPS access point or DHL branch.
7. As soon as the package has reached us, the credit will be made in the same way as you have paid the original invoice.
