We bought a lot of Biltwell helmets for you, which are from a stock liquidation of Custom Chrome Europe. There are rare colors of the last years as well as single pieces and remaining stock, therefore we have no all sizes available. Some helmets have the classic DOT version, as it is used in the US. The others fulfill the ECE norm. A size table can be found at the bottom of this page.

Biltwell Lane Splitter
The Lane Splitter has a durable ABS outer shell and features a shock-absorbing EPS liner with hand-sewn inner padding, diamond quilting in the lining and BioFoam chin pad. Ventilation slits in the chin area and a vent in the back keep your head cool. The visor is made to fit perfectly and can be removed for cleaning. With ear cut-outs for common communication systems and ECE approval.
Biltwell Gringo
The Gringo and Gringo S are minimalist retro helmets in the style of the 70s with an outer shell made of ABS and an inner shell made of shock-absorbing EPS. The head lies in soft Lycra lining, the chin has a layer of organic foam with contrast stitching. The shield is made of CNC-cut polycarbonate and has robust hinge covers and fastening material made of aluminium. The pads can be removed for cleaning. With DOT standards.
Biltwell Bonanza
The Bonanza belongs to the classic jet helmets (3/4 open face) – to have your nose in the wind. On the outside we have an individually shaped EPS safety shell with hand varnish, on the inside a hand sewn and removable lining with moisture-conducting lycra panels and open cell foam padding for breathability and comfort. In between lies the inner shell of expanded polystyrene. With DOT safety standard.
The Retro Bubble Shield has adjustable snaps and can be adapted to most Open-Face 3/4 helmets on the market. It gives the Jet helmet a cool retro look and is very easy to mount. Robust polycarbonate with UV protection 50+ (91% UVA and 99% UVB) and anti-fog.
The Bubble Shield visor was specially designed for the Biltwell Gringo S models and is slightly shorter than the other shields. A stainless steel push button secures the visor in the lower position. Also with UV protection.
