Metal Works

Our metal construction is absolutely versatile, whether steel or aluminum, sheet metal or pipe, here everything is processed: frames, fenders, tanks, rockers, handlebars, license plate holder and much, much more. It is bent, folded, hammered and polished, but above all welded and tinned and ground for the perfect finish.

In classical Spengler work arise here, for example Tanks and fenders. This is true manual work and, above all, much experience is required. Prototypes are created from stencils with a lot of fitting work, step by step approaching the desired result. Assemble, measure and correct booklets as often as necessary until the component is in perfect shape. CAD templates for tailor-made laser blanks are later created from the templates and welding devices are derived from the finished prototypes. In this way, parts such as fenders and tanks can later be produced in small series with an exact fit.
