The Monaco, the Iron Man and Prior Design
If this face looks familiar, you may have seen it together with TV star Robert Geiss. Andreas Belzek is the owner of the exclusive tuning forge Prior Design in neighboring Kamp-Lintfort and refines four-wheeled luxury sleds.
In the summer of 2021, we took two of our custom bikes to St. Tropez for him and his buddy Robert Geiss and took Geiss’ Iron Man and Andreas’ Monaco for a few laps.
The shooting of RTL for “Die Geissens” took place before our big rebuild and of course the stars were in the foreground. Two reasons to catch up on a little personal tour with Andreas. In fact, we have a lot in common when it comes to tuning and customizing!
“Just turning on the Harley …. so who feels there nothing…”
Shining eyes in our new showroom and also behind the scenes. Andreas can’t hide his enthusiasm for the Monaco and our other conversions. “I have my Harley right at my desk!” he reveals during his visit.
From the production hall with state-of-the-art CNC machines to our welding and polishing workshops, where high-quality handwork takes place – for an expert like Andreas Belzek, there are many interesting things to see at our company and to discuss with our colleagues. How are the wheels made, what material do we use, how does the robot work?

Do you like the bikes?
Andreas Belzek’s Monaco is a custom bike based on a Breakout with a Twin Cam engine, the predecessor of the Milwaukee Eight engine. You see, you don’t necessarily have to have a brand new machine to make such a cool bike out of it. Check out our custom bike gallery and come to the Thunderbike showroom in Hamminkeln. Of course, this also applies to anyone who is interested in a new bike or wants to take a stroll through the boutique.
We have certainly also for your Harley possibilities!
You can find Thunderbike Parts and original Harley-Davidson Parts in our online shop.
