Charity Bike 2014 / 2015

What began with a fixed idea of ​​some committed motorcyclists in 2013 has now become one of the most successful activities of children’s bikers. Bikers from all over Germany, but also from other European countries, donated at the donation campaign motorcycle 2014-2015. The first prize for all participants was a Harley-Davidson Street Bob, which was converted by Thunderbike into a high-quality custom bike.

On August 1, 2015, the day of the raffle was over: the Thunderbike Charity Concert in favor of the DRK Children’s Hospital. It must be a bit of a show when a lavishly designed and exclusively created bike with a total value of 39,000.- Euro finds a new owner.

The sound produced by the artwork on stage was well received by almost 3,000 visitors, and it was also quiet as Sascha “Hoss Power” Vollmer of The BossHoss drew the winners – Fatma from Westerburg.

When picking up the custom bike at Thunderbike, Fatma and her husband Ali then stood in tears. Her husband Ali, himself already the proud owner of a triumph and a Suzuki, has read about the campaign in the magazine MOTORRAD. Since his three grandchildren were already in treatment in the Siegen Children’s Hospital more often, he has “donated” online for the whole family. So Ali had a lifelong dream come true early: he wanted to indulge himself to the 60th Birthday a Harley-Davidson.

We wish the couple a lot of fun with their new Harley on the rides through the winding Westerwald and the adjacent Siegerland!
