A nice to cruise Sporty!
Wolfgang really liked the Swagger he saw in our custom bike gallery. A nice compact custom bike that we built based on the Forty-Eight. Building such a bike for Wolfgang? That’s what we like to do! Due to a lack of fresh stock, we fell back on an older build year of this popular Sportster model and implemented Wolfgang’s wishes. This 2018 model already has the fancy black wheels and wide fork. Good conditions for the desired style!
As a rider, Wolfgang has a nice view of his freshly painted tank with the stylish gas cap and the full line of Bonanza handlebars, grips and toppers. The front turn signals disappear under the instruments just like the fork under the covers and bellows.
The rear was also adapted to his wishes and now comes with the side license plate, the small 3-in-1 turn signals on the struts and the shortened steel fender. This matches the small leather saddle very nicely and adds to the compact look of the Sporty. The leather bag appears large, but fits nicely behind the new shocks from Progressive Suspension.
Our Open Mind star is found on the toppers, clutch cover and power filter, which provides plenty of fresh air in the system. A forward-mounted footpeg replaces the mid controls and, along with the mid-height handlebars, makes for a comfortable riding position.
