A Roadtrip to Sturgis

We gave everything and were rewarded with the coveted world title in the freestyle class. With one of our most unusual custom bikes, the “PainTTless”, we have once again faced tough competition from all over the world and won the 2012 AMD World Championship Custom Bike Building in Sturgis (USA).

After 8 months of construction, a work of art was created, for which every single component was completely redeveloped. The “PainTTless” is powered by a very elaborately converted 1000 cc Harley-Davidson Ironhead engine, which was installed in early Sportster models.

We were inspired by the racing machines of the 1930s, which were often used on desiccated salt lakes in the United States.
