Production Update
It is only half a year ago that we upgraded our production with a new CNC machine. Nevertheless another upgrade is already pending. In order to continue to be up to date and prepared for everything, we welcome the Hermle C 32 today.
More power, more speed, more tools, new control programs bring better and more individual surfaces with more and faster performance. In addition, the new machine is equipped with a technology that will enable us to produce almost fully automated in the future.
The machines make it possible to offer you the variety of custom parts. Over 3500 different production parts for different assemblies are designed, manufactured and pre-assembled by us to a ready-to-install product. From monoblock wheels to footrest systems and from throttle grips to discreet turn signal holders, we have the possibility to produce entire custom bikes ourselves. Made in Germany / Made by Thunderbike. With the Emporer we have taken the possibilities in terms of individuality to the extreme and let our CNC machines run at full speed.
