With hardly any other model you can make longer trips! In 1965, for the first time, an Electra Glide was rolled out of the factory in Milwaukee, which was the first Harley-Davidson to carry an electric starter. In 1993, the first Road-King models were presented in a nostalgic design. The names of the bikes have been preserved over the years, even though the technology has been updated several times over the last few decades. With the Project Rushmore, the Touring series was again completely overhauled in 2012 with equipment, drive, chassis and infotainment. Since 2017, the Twin Cam engine has been replaced by a Milwaukee Eight engine.
