What a shiny appearance! Polished surfaces, selected parts in chrome and various covers from our Cross series make this Breakout a timeless classic with a modern attitude. Styled from front to back, the Softail is likely to attract the eyes of thieving magpies, but you won’t catch them! This is ensured by the peppy and finely tuned Milwaukee-Eight engine in our sporty chassis.

In combination with this particularly noble-looking rich red tone on black and the subtle gold accents from masterpainter Ingo Kruse, this custom bike gets a high visual value.

Additional performance gets the powerful Milwaukee-Eight engine by our power air cleaner and the exhaust system of Dr. Jekill & Mr. Hyde.

Thanks to the short headers and the pulley brake we were able to use through a swingarm conversion, the view of the wheels from our Spoke series remains unobstructed. The entire rear end is pleasingly open, our short steel fender with the integrated lighting unit covers only the most necessary of the Metzler Cruisetec and the license plate has moved to the side. The dimensions of the wheels have remained original with 21 and 18 inches, the rear wheel is only slightly wider with 260 mm (orig. 240).

The rear is suspended with our new Slamtail, a hydraulically lowerable chassis where the original shock absorber is converted in house. It allows both a sporty riding style and the cool lowering when stationary.

Things are also very chic at the other end of the bike: The triple clamps are highly polished, the fork, the headlamp cap, the flat risers and the handlebars as well as the fittings shine in chrome. All in all, a well-rounded affair.
