Forever Yours
This is the second bike for the band Sunrise Avenue. We built it for the singer Samu and named it after him “Samu’s Ride”.
You may not believe it, but it was actually a phone call that brought the band “Sunrise Avenue” together with us. Samu, the singer of the band, called us and asked if we could build them two bikes for their last tour.

Forever yours: Samu and Osmo in Thunder Talk with Thomas
Samu was just feeling the first symptoms of his midlife crisis, and then came the lockdown. This led him to get his motorcycle licence, surf the internet and land on our homepage. Then it was clear to him: He wanted a Thunderbike.
It was clear to us that we would build the bikes for him. That was at the beginning of the 2022 season. Unfortunately, we were initially hampered by supply problems at Corona. We provided the guys with two spare bikes and waited for the necessary parts with the same impatience as Osmo and Samu. In the end, it took an extra year to finish. Sorry guys!
It´s so down to the detail!
The musicians were thrilled with what we put on the wheels for them. It turned out even better than what we showed them in the sketches. Samu on his bike, which is also named after him: “It’s all in the detail!” It’s down to the detail, that’s what we like to hear. Maybe it has something to do with the German thoroughness, which is why the Finns turned to a German customiser of all people. “Mission accomplished” we can say in New German. We already introduced you to “Osmo’s Ride” last week.
Samu is excited about his personalised bike: „It´s so down to the detail!“
On the clutch cover, Samu had the coat of arms of his hometown, Espoo, lasered on.
“Samu’s Ride” is something completely different, more evil in appearance, also in terms of the colour black down to the last detail. It follows the concept of the “Fast Mike” that we have already presented to you. This time, however, we have opted for Lowrider wheels with a diameter of 23 inches at the front and 21 inches at the rear. The rear end was fitted with our single-sided swingarm kit and, of course, our perimeter brakes. Air-ride was a given, the show is half the battle for a Harley. Our Headlamp Cap and M8 Crossfire front spoiler add the finishing touches.
The M8 Crossfire front spoiler is a small but important detail for a sporty appearance.

Parts & Details
The small features are particularly popular, such as the Jekill & Hyde button. Our maiden voyage took us to Raesfeld Castle. On the way there, Osmo and Samu could hardly keep their thumbs off the muffler control: Sometimes loud, sometimes quiet, sometimes medium and always legal! So it was not only down to the detail, but above all street legal. And that was important, because after the Ride Out, the two were heading across Germany to Travemünde, from where they would take the ferry to Finland.

Both of them had actually come to us with backpacks, carrying their luggage on their backs for the bike ride as well. Wait, Osmo’s ride still has luggage as a Sport Glide. He’ll probably stow Samu’s rain suit in there, in case it stays dry for a bit longer during the rainy weeks of this summer.
You can now hear “Forever Yours” as the soundtrack to our video. Of course, it’s a song by “Sunrise Avenue”, who, as new bikers, are allowed to call themselves “Sons of Avenue”. “Forever Yours”, this is what we say to the bikes that now belong to the two of them, whom we welcome to our great community of bikers.
